Duck is a favourite in Chinese cuisine. Try this lovely easy dish with Asian veggies and mie.
Preparation method
- Roast the duck
- Heat water to boil noodles
- Fry Asian Wok vegetable mix with rice oil
- Deglaze with some sake
- Add Yakitori sauce with vegetables and bring to a boil
- Add pasta to the vegetables, cook for about 2 minutes
- Season with oyster sauce
- Cut duck into strips and arrange on the vegetables
