Duck is a favourite in Chinese cuisine. Try this lovely easy dish with Asian veggies and mie.

Preparation method

  • Roast the duck
  • Heat water to boil noodles
  • Fry Asian Wok vegetable mix with rice oil
  • Deglaze with some sake
  • Add Yakitori sauce with vegetables and bring to a boil
  • Add pasta to the vegetables, cook for about 2 minutes
  • Season with oyster sauce
  • Cut duck into strips and arrange on the vegetables
