Preparation method

  • Fry shrimps and peel them
  • Add the coconut milk and green curry sauce and bring it to a boil with lemongrass and lime leaves.
  • Add cut corn and rape blossoms and bring to a boil
  • Season to taste with fish and oyster sauce
  • Add shrimps and cook briefly
  • Pour the soup into a bowl and garnish with coriander, mung bean sprouts and spring leek
