Lovely Thai Style Green Curry Coconut soup with shrimps.
Preparation method
- Fry shrimps and peel them
- Add the coconut milk and green curry sauce and bring it to a boil with lemongrass and lime leaves.
- Add cut corn and rape blossoms and bring to a boil
- Season to taste with fish and oyster sauce
- Add shrimps and cook briefly
- Pour the soup into a bowl and garnish with coriander, mung bean sprouts and spring leek
